My name is Andrew Kurtz I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, I later attended the University of Dayton where I received an undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master's in Business Administration. I have over 12 years experience in residential and commercial construction and I have been a full time licensed real-estate agent since 2009. Currently averaging 200 transactions at over 40 Million in sales volume per year my team is one of the top selling Real Estate groups in North East Ohio.

My Real Estate Practice is focused on helping my Seller clients streamline their home sale transaction, sell at a great price as quickly as possible, limit their stress and create a carefree transition. Additionally, for each seller I work with I develop a marketing plan tailored specifically for their home. When I am working with Buyers I concentrate on providing information about the market, individual properties and the home buying process in general.
